Response times and client protocol
Permanent position response time:
- Once you have placed a permanent vacancy, we will provide you with an indication of the number of suitable candidates we have within 24 hours.
- CVs will be sent to you once a candidate has confirmed an interest in the particular vacancy.
Temporary position response time:
- Same day booking – immediate when possible or within the hour
- Next day booking – within 4 hours
- Advance booking – within 24 hours to confirm availability of suitable candidates – and then on a timescale agreed with you.
Harris Jones client protocol:
- Time is money – we act fast and clearly communicate with you
- Two references are obtained prior to a candidate being sent to a booking
- All candidate skills are tested on our Qwiz system
- Confirmation of candidate interest, commitment and availability for the booking will be obtained prior to their details being submitted
- We check their prompt arrival on the first day of an assignment
- Their progress with you is regularly monitored
- On completion of an assignment you will receive a Quality Reference form to complete. Your responses ensure high standards are maintained.
